Then Dig is a new blog that centers around a few different types of posts including general archaeology and topical posts. The goal of the blog is to bring the best of archaeology blogging into one place. My post was written on the topic of distance. I discuss how the distance between the theory and method of the UK and US was pivotal in shaping my understanding of archaeology.
